was lit on fire sleeping on a bus is expected to go back to school this morning. 18 year-old sasha fleischman came home from a hospital last week after recovering from second and third degree burns. it's 16 or more is expecsuspected of lighting him on fire. >> authorities say speed was a factor in the death of actor paul walker. the 40-year-old star of the "fast and furious" franchise was killed in a fiery car crash saturday afternoon in southern california. more than 500 people turned out for a "car meet" in milpitas to celebrate

walker's life last night. hundreds of cars passed through a parking lot off barber lane, honking their horns, paying their respects. some people lit candles and placed them on the street. the organizer of the event says it was put together last minute through facebook. he says walker was a role model and an easy person to root for. >> the crash also killed walker's friend and financial adviser roger rodas. walker's publicist said walker was a passenger in the car when the two drove away from a charity event in a 2005 red porsche carrera. walker had been filming the seventh installment ofnd furioue time of his death. fans have also created a vigil at the crash site in santa clarita bringing flowers and candles in his memory. the actor is survived by his 15-year-old daughter, meadow. >> a couple of earthquakes hit the city of gilroy

early this morning. according to u-s-g-s, a magnitude earthquake of 2- point-5 and 3-point-7 hit at 1:34 am and 2:05 am the 3-point-7 magnitude quake hit just south of police say one man is dead after a meeting to sell the new p-s-a gaming system online went wrong. >> it happened sunday afternoon around 3:30 p-m near bayshore boulevard and jerrold avenue in san francisco. police say a suspect shot and robbed the victim. the victim died at san francisco general hospital. no word on the identity of the victim. and no suspect description >> lawmakers are considering building a memorial park in santa rosa for slain teenager, andy lopez. sonoma county supervisors will meet tomorrow to also consider creating a task force to explore police and community relations.

13-year-old lopez was shot in october by a deputy while walking through his own neighborhood. the deputy told investigators he believed the airsoft b-b gun lopez was carrying was an assault rifle. >> a team of firefighters are being called heros this morning for saving the life of an oakland toddler that nearly drowned in a vallejo creek over the weekend. the boy from oakland was visiting his great grandmother who took the child fishing at blue rock springs creek off fairgrounds drive in vallejo on saturday afternoon. police say the boy fell into the water and got stuck in a drainage tunnel. before his great grandmother and a good samaratan jumped in to try and save him. veteran fire fighter dyhanne strohmeyer and her crew arrived within minutes and she immediately got into the water, searching for him. >> i came back up and i had

>> on welcome back. the obama administration says it met its goal to have the health-care-dot-gov website working smoothly for most users. the administration had set a deadline of midnight sunday to get the website up and running.

it launched two months ago but has been plagued with technical problems that have kept users from signing up for their health insurance. administration officials warn while the website is running smoother than it once was, users could still face error messages and slow performance times. >> officials have confirmed four people died in sunday morning's train derailment in new york. of 67 people injured, eleven of them were in critical condition as of sunday night. andrew spencer reports >> investigators hope to learn what caused the crash and make sure something like it never happens again. i heard a lot of crunching and grinding. >> this crash injured dozens of people. no one on the train walk away on affected. >> this will be a trying

southern new mexico that killed three railroad employees. what caused saturday's derailment that led to the train locomotive plunging 40 feet down a ravine. there were no other passengers on the train and the eight cars being pulled by the locomotive remained on or near the tracks. >> a traveling medical technician who infected dozens of patients in multiple states with hepatitis c through tainted syringes is finding out how many decades he'll spend in a new hampshire prison. thirty-four-year-old david kwiatkowski has admitted stealing painkillers and replacing them with saline- filled syringes tainted with his blood. he worked in 18 hospitals in seven states before being hired at new hampshire's exeter hospital in 2011. he pleaded guilty in august to 16 federal drug charges under an agreement that calls for him to spend 30 to 40 years in prison. he is being sentenced monday. thirty-two patients were infected in new hampshire, seven in maryland, six in kansas and one in pennsylvania. kwiatkowski also worked in michigan, new york, arizona and georgia.

it may be blocking the tunneling. as we take a look at the camera the bay bridge is still a fog and cars are slowing down are approaching the toll plaza. we have not seen a lot away at the pay gate. the drive time is still a 10 to 11 minutes. it is clear conditions at the san mattel bridge with no problem coming down the nimitz. as we look at the traffic maps the green on the screen indicates northbound 101 is easy through chyle the ballot. no accidents to report. we are still accident free for the bay shore ride and it is 23 minutes past highway 37. we do not have any incidents and it is a very pretty small ride. >> the 49ers got wide receiver michael crabtree back against the rams.and he

align welcome back as kids prepare their letter to santa, the postal service is asking for help in making kids wishes come true this christmas! this month, the postal service has a letters to santa program. volunteers can adopt a letter from participating post office locations and bring back a wrapped gift item on that list. volunteers pay for the postage to mail the present to a child. the return address will read "operation santa - north pole." the 101 year old service will run until december 19th. >> coming up on the kron4
